ডেলিভারি তথ্যঃ
ZA Shop আপনার অর্ডারের জরুরি প্রয়োজনীয়তাকে অত্যধিকভাবে মৌল্যায়ন করে। আমরা নিশ্চিত করতে চেষ্টা করি যে আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যগুলি সম্ভাব্যতম শীঘ্রই আপনার কাছে পৌঁছায়। আপনার অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হলে, আপনি একটি নিশ্চিতকরণ মেসেজ পাবেন।
আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যগুলি আপনার দেওয়া ঠিকানায় ৩ থেকে ৫ কার্য দিনের মধ্যে (সর্বাধিক) পাঠানো হবে ইনশাআল্লাহ, বাংলাদেশে যেখানেই হোক না কেন। কোন অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণবশত পণ্যের ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হতে পারে। পণ্যের পরিমাণ ও ওজনের উপর ভিত্তি করে শিপিং চার্জ নির্ধারিত করা হয়।
অর্ডার ক্যান্সলেশনঃ
আমরা শিপিং প্রক্রিয়াটি শুরু করি ২৪ ঘণ্টা মধ্যে (কাজের দিনে নির্ভর করে)। তাই, যদি আপনি কোনও অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন করতে চান, দয়া করে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস বিভাগকে আপনার সকল তথ্য দিতে 24 ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানান।
পার্সেল গ্রহণের সময় সতর্কতাঃ
ডেলিভারি ম্যান যদি আপনার কাছে পার্সেলটি নিয়ে যায়, পার্সেল রিসিভ করার পূর্বে ভালোভাবে দেখে নিন, পার্সলে কোন ছেঁড়া ফাটা আছে কি, পার্সেলটি কোনরকম ছেড়া ফাটা বা সন্দেহজনক মনে হলে রাইডারের সামনেই মোবাইলে ভিডিও রেকর্ডিং অন করে পার্সেলটি খুলে দেখুন। কোনরকম সমস্যা যেমন, অন্য ড্যামেজ হওয়া, আইটেম মিসিং হওয়া, বা পণ্য ড্যামেজ মনে হলে রাইডার থাকা অবস্থায় ZA Shop helpline কল করুন। অথবা রাইডারকে পার্সেলটি ফেরত দিন।
পার্সেল রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ডঃ
কোন কারনে পার্সেন্ট রিসিভ করার পরে খুলতে হলে মোবাইলে ভিডিও রেকর্ড অন করে অবশ্যই খুলবেন। যদি পণ্য চেক করার সময়ে কোনও সমস্যা পাওয়া যায়, এবং রিটার্ন করতে চাইলে তাদের ৫ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে হবে। আপনি শুধু এটি নিশ্চিত করতে হবেন যে পণ্যটি ব্যবহৃত নয় এবং তার মৌলিক চালান, অবস্থা, ট্যাগ, এবং প্যাকেজিংগুলি সতর্কভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা হয়েছে। এরপর উপযুক্ত প্রমাণ সহ ZA Shop কাস্টমার কেয়ারে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
এক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বিষয়ক খরচ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে। এবং কাস্টমারকে কুরিয়ার মাধ্যমে আমাদের ঠিকানায় পার্সেলটি পাঠাতে হবে।
রিটার্নকৃত পার্সেলটি আমাদের কাছে পৌঁছানো মাত্রই রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হবে। দয়া করে মনোনিবেশ: কোনও ছাড়/বিশেষ অফার আইটেম এক্সচেঞ্জ/প্রদানযোগ্য নয়।
শিপিং চার্জঃ
পার্সেলের শিপিং চার্জ কাস্টমারকে প্রদান করতে হবে।
রাজশাহী ডিস্ট্রিক্ট এর ভিতরে ন্যূনতম ১ কেজির মধ্যে ৫০ টাকা। এবং পরবর্তী প্রতি কেজির জন্য ২০ টাকা করে বৃদ্ধি হবে।
রাজশাহী ডিস্ট্রিক্ট এর বাইরে ন্যূনতম ১ কেজির মধ্যে ১১০ টাকা। এবং পরবর্তী প্রতি কেজির জন্য ২০ টাকা করে বৃদ্ধি হবে।
এ সকল নীতিমালাতে ZA Shop যে কোন সময় পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে।
Delivery and Return/Exchange Policy
Delivery Information:
ZA Shop values the urgency of your order and strives to assess the necessity of your ordered products promptly. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message, and the products are expected to reach your provided address within 3 to 5 working days at the latest, regardless of the location in Bangladesh. Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in product delivery, and shipping charges are determined based on the quantity and weight of the items.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please inform our customer service department with all the necessary information within 24 hours (working days) as we initiate the shipping process promptly.
Parcel Inspection Caution:
Upon receiving the parcel, carefully inspect it for any damage or discrepancies before accepting it. If you notice any issues such as damage, missing items, or packaging problems, contact ZA Shop helpline immediately in the presence of the delivery person or record a video while opening the parcel.
Parcel Return and Refund:
In case you need to return a product due to any reason, record a video while opening the parcel after receiving it. If any issues are identified during the product check, you must return the item within 5 days. Ensure that the product is unused, and its original receipts, conditions, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved. Contact ZA Shop customer care with relevant evidence.
Return Shipping Charges:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. After receiving the returned parcel, the refund or exchange process will commence.
Important Note:
– No returns or exchanges are applicable for discounted/special offer items.
Shipping charges:
Within Rajshahi district, minimum charge for up to 1 kg is 50 BDT, and an additional 20 BDT per kg will be added. Outside Rajshahi district, the minimum charge is 110 BDT, with an additional 20 BDT per kg.
ZA Shop reserves the right to change any of these policies at any time.
